CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLATION

MANUFACTURE OF REINFORCED CONCRETE SWIMMING POOL STRUCTURE

The construction of a reinforced concrete pool bowl is a very responsible and rather laborious process. Compliance with the technology of building a bowl, regardless of its size and purpose, is a guarantee of high quality of the pool and confidence that the operation of the pool will not bring unpleasant surprises. The construction of a reinforced concrete pool bowl has several stages, which are carried out in strict sequence, in compliance with all technological norms and rules: 1. The beginning of the construction of a concrete pool is digging a pit. The first stage of work is performed by an excavator, then workers make adjustments manually. If the pool has a non-standard shape, the pit must completely coincide with the shape of the future pool. 2. Reinforcement of the pool bowl is carried out using various types of reinforcement, taking into account the shape and dimensions of the future pool. 3. The reinforcement is installed. The next stage is the erection of the formwork. Special reusable or disposable formwork made of boards or waterproof plywood is used as the formwork. 4. After that, you can proceed to concreting. The bowl is poured with hydroconcrete. The process of pouring the bowl occurs continuously in one stage, which guarantees the integrity of the bowl. The formwork is removed after the concrete hardens. After pouring the concrete, a technological break should be taken. Depending on the size of the pool and the complexity of the design, the break can be from 10 to 20 days. This is followed by the dismantling of the formwork, and the bowl is ready for plastering and further finishing work.

INSTALLATION OF POOL EQUIPMENT

Installation of pool equipment is the next important stage of work after the design and construction of the pool bowl. The safety of people who will use the pool in the future, as well as the reliability and durability of the system as a whole, depends on the quality of work at this stage. Installation of equipment can be conditionally divided into three main stages: 1. Installation of embedded elements in the pool bowl. Installation of embedded elements is carried out in technological holes (niches), which are provided for at the stage of manufacturing the bowl, before pouring concrete. The embedded parts themselves are installed in these holes after the bowl is plastered. 2. Installation of the main equipment in the technical room and fastening of the built-in elements. The main equipment is installed in a technical room, the dimensions of which allow to place all the necessary equipment in it.  3. After all work is completed, water is poured into the bowl, hydraulic tests, commissioning work, and the pool is put into operation.
